DAYOSA ASSOCIATES, a professional services firm, was incorporated in 2006 as a Consultancy Firm. Since then, the professional quantity surveying consultancy has seen a steady increase in the number of satisfied clients and successfully completed projects, whilst maintaining an enviable reputation for uncompromising integrity, loyalty and service excellence. The consultancy has been awarded many construction projects within the built environment, ranging from very small to very large, and covering a wide variety of categories of work.

OUR APPROACH

We as a company, pride ourselves in the utilization of information technology to ensure that we adhere to and fulfill the demands set in the current building/construction/development industry where time is money. All measurements/quantity take offs are done on cad/ computer which ensures the delivery of fast, accurate feasibility studies, bills of quantities and final accounts.

All staff members are working on a network linked to the corporate server, which ensures all data captured is immediate, accurate and with our internal controls tested over time, ensures accurate financial control at all times.

PHILOSOPHY

Our primary focus is management of construction costs. From recommending strategies to determining budgets or approving payments, we have proven techniques for ensuring accuracy, consistency and transparency.
Our value based cost management philosophy is designed to provide a high level of certainty throughout design and construction and has proven very effective in delivering value for money to clients.
We work to promote a build-to-budget culture and employ a range of procedures to add predictability to project outcomes, including pre and post contract cost forecasts, schedules of quantities, compliant payment valuations, special conditions of contract, tender rates and evidence based assessment of costs as projects progress.
